Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, employee engagement, and work-life balance on employee performance. Population in this research is 180 non-civil servant employees of the Puskesmas Penjaringan. The sample used is 130 employees, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method used was simple random sampling. The Methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Work Life Balance, Career Development, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, employee engagement, dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 180 pegawai Non-PNS Puskesmas Kecamatan Penjaringan. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 130 pegawai, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Employee engagement berpengaruh positif, dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
