Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of user satisfaction with the YAVIS (Yusen Automotive Visibility System) system at PT Yusen Logistics Puninar Indonesia, Cakung Branch, which assists logistics processes such as monitoring vehicle inventory, shipping, and selling units. However, even after the system was installed, several issues persisted in its use. Performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service are the six aspects of the Pieces framework used to assess this. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 individuals from various divisions such as Warehouse, Sales, and Transport. The results showed that users were generally satisfied with the Yavis system, with an average score of 3.69 to 3.91 for each aspect. Performance received the highest score, while control and security received the lowest scores. It is hoped that these findings will serve as a basis for future system improvements and development to make it more efficient and tailored to user needs. Keyword: PIECES Framework, User Satisfaction, YAVIS System Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem YAVIS (Yusen Automotive Visibility System) di PT Yusen Logistics Puninar Indonesia Cabang Cakung, yang membantu proses logistik seperti memantau stok kendaraan, mengirim, dan menjual unit. Tetapi bahkan setelah sistem ini dipasang, masih ada beberapa masalah dalam penggunaannya. Kinerja (kinerja), informasi (informasi), ekonomi (ekonomi), kontrol (kontrol), efisiensi (efisiensi), dan layanan adalah enam aspek dari Pieces Framework yang digunakan untuk menilai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 52 orang yang berasal dari berbagai divisi seperti Gudang, Penjual, dan Pengangkut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengguna secara keseluruhan merasa puas dengan sistem Yavis, dengan nilai rata-rata 3,69 hingga 3,91 untuk setiap aspek. Kinerja menerima nilai tertinggi, sedangkan kontrol dan keamanan menerima nilai terendah. Diharapkan temuan ini akan berfungsi sebagai dasar untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan sistem ke depannya agar lebih efisien dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.
