Abstract

Car Loan office inventory is one of the activities that exist within a company or organization. In this regard, science and information technology is growing rapidly. The application of science and technology information can be useful to improve efficiency in various activities, including in the car lending office inventory processes. In the Al-Muhajirien Jakapermai Waqf Foundation car lending office inventory processes are still using the traditional process, making the process less efficient. To that end, the process of making a car loan application information systems office inventory through direct observation method with waterfall development model. The results achieved are interactive information system application design that consists of two parts: front-end and back-end. This information system applications built using the programming language PHP with MySQL as its database. With hope, the existing of information systems application will accelerate and simplify the information presented in the process of borrowing the car office inventory at the Al-Muhajirien Jakapermai Waqf Foundation. Keywords: information system, car loan, car loan office inventory Peminjaman mobil inventaris kantor merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang ada didalam sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi berkembang dengan pesat. Penerapan ilmu dan teknologi informasi dapat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan keefisienan dalam berbagai kegiatan, termasuk dalam proses peminjaman mobil inventaris kantor. Pada Yayasan Waqaf Al-Muhajirien Jakapermai proses peminjaman mobil inventaris kantor masih menggunakan proses tradisional, sehingga proses tersebut kurang efisien. Untuk itu, dilakukan proses pembuatan aplikasi sistem informasi peminjaman mobil inventaris kantor melalui metode pengamatan langsung dengan model pengembangan waterfall. Hasil yang dicapai ialah rancangan aplikasi sistem informasi interaktif yang terdiri dari dua bagian yaitu front-end dan back-end. Aplikasi sistem informasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan MySQL sebagai database nya. Dengan harapan, aplikasi sistem informasi yang ada akan mempercepat informasi yang disajikan serta mempermudah proses dalam peminjaman mobil inventaris kantor di Yayasan Waqaf Al-Muhajirien Jakapermai.
