Abstract
Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia merupakan suatu departemen pemerintahan yang bergerak dibidang pertanian, yang dipimpin oleh seorang menteri yang memegang wewenang dan tanggung jawab terhadap kinerja departemen tersebut. Dalam proses publikasi dan pendistribusian bibit unggul, kementerian pertanian Indonesia belum menggunakan berbasis Web,dan dalam menginformasikan jenis bibit unggul di Indonesia masih dilakukan dengan cara petugas datang daerah dan masyarakat langsung ke Kementerian Pertanian dan begitu juga masyarakat luas,dalam melakukan transaksi pemesanan dan mengetahui jumlah bibit unggul yang tersedia. Hal ini membutuhkan biaya yang banyak dan waktu yang lama sehingga sistem yang ada menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien. Untuk mengatasi masalah diatas, maka perlu sistem yang didistribusikan secara online dan terkomputerisasi agar informasi yang diberikan lebih akurat.efisien dan tepat pada pengguna. Maka dibuatlah sistem informasi distribusi menggunakan PHP yang akan membantu dalam proses pengolahan data secara online. Penulis merancang suatu sistem yang baru yaitu Sistem Infomasi Pendistribusian Bibit Unggul Di Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia Berbasis Web, dimulai dari data bibit, data wilayah, data petugas, data pesanan, data perusahaan, galeri, berita, artikel. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi para pengguna dalam memperoleh informasi bibit unggul khususnya bagi masyarakat. Kata kunci: Sistem, bibit unggul dan pendistribusian. The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia is a government department that is engaged in agriculture, which is headed by a minister who holds the authority and responsibility to the performance of the department. In the process of the publication and distribution of seeds, Indonesian agriculture ministry has not used the Web-based, and in informing the type of seeds in Indonesia is still done by local officials and the public to come directly to the Ministry of Agriculture and the wider community as well, in the booking transaction and determine the amount of seeds available. It costs a lot and a long time so that existing systems be effective and efficient. To overcome the above problems, it needs a system that is distributed online and computerized so that the information provided is accurate, efficient and precise on the user. Then be made using PHP information distribution system that will help in the process of data processing online. The authors designed a new system that is information distribution system Seed Winning At the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia-based Web, starting from seeds of data, the data area, a data clerk, order data, company data, galleries, news, articles.
