Abstract

ABSTRAK Puskesmas adalah Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat atau organisasi fungsional yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan yang bersifat menyeluruh, terpadu, merata, dapat diterima dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat, dengan peran serta aktif masyarakat dan menggunakan hasil pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tepat guna. rekam medis merupakan salah satu dasar penilaian mutu pelayanan medik dari sebuah puskesmas. Rekam medis dapat memberikan rincian biaya penanganan jenis penyakit,kondisi kesehatan pasien dan lain sebagainya. Sistem Informasi rekam medis mencakup pengolahan data pasien,kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan pada puskesmas karawaci baru tangerang dan penelitian memperoleh laporan serta data pasien dan rekam medik pada puskesmas karawaci baru tangerang. Analisa dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi rekam medis pada Puskesmas Karawaci Baru bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang diperlukan untuk memberikan informasi-informasi berupa laporan harian tentang pemeriksaan terhadap pasien, data pasien, data dokter dan data laporan kepada kepala puskesmas dan memberikan kemudahan dalam memproses data antrian pasien sehingga lebih rapi dan memudahkan bagian administrasi dalam pendataan pasien. Kata Kunci: Puskesmas, Sistem Informasi, Rekam Medis ABSTRACT Public Health Centre is functional organization which organizes health effort that is comprehensive, integrated, equitable, acceptable and affordable by the community, with the active participation of the community and use the results of the development of science and appropriate technology.medical record is one of the basic medical service quality assessment of a health clinic. Medical records can provide details of the cost of treatment, the type of disease, the patient's health condition and so forth. medical record information system intended to manage data patients enrolled for treatment at a specific time period. Medical record information system include patient data processing, the activities carried out at the new health center karawaci tangerang and obtain research reports as well as patient data and medical records to the new health center tangerang karawaci. Analysis and Design of Information Systems Karawaci's medical record on a new health center aims to provide the necessary information to provide information in the form of a daily report on the examination of the patient, patient data, physician data and report data to the head of the health centers and provide facilities in the data processing queue so that the patient tidier and easier for the administration to patient data.
