Abstract
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are essential tools in supporting business operations, yet their interface complexity often becomes a barrier for users.This final project aims to redesign the user interface of the ERP Cranium system to be more user-friendly and efficient. The design process was conducted with a user-oriented approach and refers to visual principles such as Gestalt theory. It involved identifying user needs, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and conducting user testing through questionnaires involving ten respondents. The resulting interface presents a modern and consistent layout that supports intuitive navigation through features such as bookmarks, compact table views, and dynamic input forms. User evaluation shows that the new design is considered significantly better than the previous version in terms of visual clarity, information structure, and usability. This work is expected to serve as a design solution that improves user experience and enhances the effectiveness of ERP systems in real-world implementation contexts. Keywords: ERP, user interface design, prototype, user experience Sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) merupakan perangkat lunak penting dalam mendukung proses bisnis perusahaan, namun kompleksitas antarmuka sering kali menjadi hambatan bagi pengguna. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan merancang ulang antarmuka sistem ERP Cranium agar lebih ramah pengguna dan efisien. Perancangan dilakukan dengan pendekatan berorientasi pengguna dan mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip visual seperti teori Gestalt. Proses dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pembuatan wireframe dan prototipe interaktif, hingga pengujian desain melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan sepuluh responden. Hasil perancangan menampilkan antarmuka yang modern, konsisten, serta mendukung navigasi yang lebih intuitif melalui fitur-fitur seperti bookmark, tampilan tabel yang lebih ringkas, dan formulir dinamis. Evaluasi dari pengguna menunjukkan bahwa desain baru dinilai lebih baik dibanding versi sebelumnya, baik dari segi visual, struktur informasi, maupun kemudahan penggunaan. Dengan demikian, karya ini diharapkan menjadi solusi desain yang dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan efektivitas sistem ERP dalam konteks implementasi nyata di lingkungan kerja.
