Abstract
This Research was about descent of tariff tax income and increase of personal exemption in law nomor 36 in the year 2008 . The purpose of this research is how to know influence of descent of tariff tax income and increase of personal exemption to obedience of individual tax payer at KPP Pratama Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat. This research was using the analisys regresi double linear. The result of this research will be showing that the descent of tariff tax income and increase of personal exemption is influential to obedience of individual tax payer at KPP Pratama Cempaka Putih, with F count 5,923 > F tabel 3,354. Key words : influence, tariff tax income, personal exemption, obedience of individual tax payer
