Abstract

Analysis and Optimalization Information System Official Trip at PT Astra International Tbk-Honda Competition in globalization are increasingly tight, coupled with the rapid development in the field of Information Systems and Technology. In the last few years, these advances allow organizations or companies may collect and process information to be useful data in large quantities. As a logical consequence, a company must be able to compete in order to survive. One of the ways taken by holding repair information system that is used. Expected with a good information system can improve the smoothness to support the employment success of a company. The method used in this study are (1) data collection methods that include: a) literature, b) observation, c) interviews; (2) System Design Methodology using the method of design of Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) with UML notation: a) Design Activity Diagram, b) Designing Use Case Diagram, с) Designing Use Case Description, d) Design Class Diagram, e) Designing sequence Diagram, f) Navigation Diagram. The results of the research that has been done is (1) This design can provide convenience for the user in the reporting business trips because of the presence of applications that have been integrated, (2) This design may help the user in monitoring service trips have been filed because of lack of information about the condition status of a process that has been done. Keywords: Information system dan technology, business trip, Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) Analisa dan Optimalisasi Sistem Informasi Perjalanan Dinas di PT Astra International Tbk-Honda Persaingan dalam era globalisasi semakin lama semakin ketat, ditambah dengan perkembangan yang pesat dalam bidang Information System and Technology. Pada beberapa tahun terakhir, kemajuan ini memungkinkan organisasi atau perusahaan dapat mengumpulkan dan mengolah informasi untuk dijadikan data yang berguna dalam jumlah yang besar. Sebagai konsekuensi logis, suatu perusahaan harus mampu bersaing agar dapat terus bertahan. Salah satu cara ditempuh dengan mengadakan perbaikan sistem informasi yang digunakan. Diharapkan dengan sistem informasi yang baik dapat meningkatkan kelancaran untuk menunjang keberhasilan kerja suatu perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Metode Pengumpulan Data yang meliputi: a) studi literatur, b) observasi, c) interview; (2) Metodologi Perancangan Sistem yang menggunakan metode perancangan Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) dengan notasi UML: a) Perancangan Activity Diagram, b) Perancangan Use Case Diagram, c) Perancangan Use Case Description, d) Perancangan Class Diagram, e) Perancangan Sequence Diagram, f) Navigation Diagram. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah (1) Rancangan ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi user dalam melakukan pelaporan perjalanan dinas karena dengan adanya aplikasi yang telah terintegrasi, (2) Rancangan ini dapat membantu user dalam memonitoring perjalanan dinas yang telah diajukan karena adanya informasi mengenai kondisi status dari suatu proses yang telah dilakukan.
