Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan (Studi pada Hotel Royal Palm Cengkareng). Populasi yang diterapkan dalam kajian ini yaitu seluruh staff Hotel Royal Palm Cengkareng yang berjumlah 51 karyawan kontrak. Adapun penentuan sampelnya menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan memanfaatkan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausalitas. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuisoner. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS untuk metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya Variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional mempengaruhi secara positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan. Variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan. Variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan. This study focuses on the analysis of the Influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Compensation, and Work Motivation on Employee Loyalty (Study at the Royal Palm Cengkareng Hotel). The population applied in this study is all staff of the Royal Palm Cengkareng Hotel, totaling 51 contract employees. The sample determination uses a nonprobability sampling method by utilizing saturated samples. This study utilizes a quantitative method with a causality research type. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. This study uses the SmartPLS application for data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the Transformational Leadership Style Variable has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Loyalty. The Compensation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty. The Work Motivation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty.
