Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini memungkinkan untuk mengubah sistem manual menjadi sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Dan hal ini juga dapat diterapkan pada PT. Samsung SDS Global SCL. Indonesia yang sampai saat ini dalam hal aktifitas penerimaan barang yaitu pencatatan penerimaan barang dan proses penyimpanan barang yang diterima masih menggunakan proses manual seperti menggunakan email, excel, dan by phone. Penerapan sistem penerimaan barang ini dapat terintegrasi dengan baik ke bagian penyimpanan barang, sehingga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan yang terjadi pada saat proses pencatatan penerimaan barang dan meminimalisir kehilangan file dokumen barang. Oleh karena itu, sistem ini dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pencatatan penerimaan barang di bandara. Sistem ini juga dapat menyimpan dokumen penerimaan dalam bentuk banyak format, dan hasil pencatatan barang yang diterima dapat di monitoring langsung oleh manajer operasional sehingga aktifitas operasional penerimaan barang dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Good Received, Waterfall, Unified Modelling Language (UML). Nowadays rapid development of technology allows us to change a manual system to a computerized one. It is also applied to PT. Samsung SDS Global SCL Indonesia which is in running the activity of receiving goods, that is to record the goods received and keep them in storage still using manual processes such as email, excel, and by phone. The application of goods receipt system can be well integrated into the storage, so that it can minimize the errors occured during the recording process of goods received and the loss of the goods document files as well. Therefore, the system can be used to record the receipt of goods at airports. Beside recording the goods received, this system can also keep receipt document in varied formats, and the result of recording of goods received can be in direct monitoring by operational managers so that the operational activities of receipt of goods can proceed smoothly.
