Abstract
Nilai perusahaan mencerminkan pandangan investor terhadap kinerja dan prospek suatu entitas bisnis. Pada sektor teknologi di Indonesia, tren fluktuasi rata-rata nilai perusahaan (PBV) sepanjang 2020–2024, termasuk periode Tech Winter, menegaskan pentingnya analisis aspek-aspek keuangan yang memengaruhinya. Riset ini bertujuan buat menelaah pengaruh profitabilitas (ROA), likuiditas (CR), solvabilitas (DER), serta aktivitas (TATO) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Sampel penelitian mencakup 90 observasi dari 18 perusahaan teknologi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020–2024. Teknik purposive sampling dipakai berkenaan dengan pengumpulan data, dengan metode analisis mencakup statistik deskriptif, regresi data panel, pemilihan model regresi, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui aplikasi EViews 12. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwasannya variabel profitabilitas (ROA), likuiditas (CR), solvabilitas (DER), dan aktivitas (TATO) punya pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Firm value represents how investors perceive a company’s overall performance and future potential. In Indonesia’s technology sector, the variation in average firm value (PBV) throughout 2020–2024, including the Tech Winter period, highlights the necessity of examining financial factors influencing this metric. This research investigates the impact of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), solvency (DER), and activity (TATO) on firm value (PBV). The study is based on 90 observations from 18 technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2024. Data were gathered using purposive sampling, while the analysis employed descriptive statistics, panel data regression, model selection for panel regression, and hypothesis testing via EViews 12. The findings indicate that profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), solvency (DER), and activity (TATO) each exert a positive influence on firm value (PBV).
