Abstract
Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuiapakahterdapatpengaruh Consumer Ethnocentrism,BoycottParticipation,dan ConsumerAimosity terhadap Purchase Unwillingness AirMinumdalamKemasanMerekAQUA. Sejalandengantujuan penelitiantersebut,makapenelitianinimenggunakanmetodepenelitian Kuantitatif.Populasidalampenelitianiniadalahparakonsumenyang mengonsumsiAirMinumdalamKemasanMerekAQUAyangberdomisilidi LingkunganKampusMercuBuanaMeruyaJakartaBarat.Sampelyangdi gunakandalampenelitianiniadalahsebanyak125responden.Metode pengambilansampelmenggunakan NonProbabilitySampling denganteknikyang di gunakanadalah purposivesampling. Analisisdatayangdigunakanadalah analisissatistikdalambentukSEM-PLS.Hasilpenelitianinimenunjukanbahwa Variabel ConsumerEthnocentrism berpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadap PurchaseUnwillingness. Variabel BoycottParticipation berpengaruhpositifdan signifikanterhadap PurchaseUnwillingness. Variabel ConsumerAnimosity berpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadap PurchaseUnwillingness. ThisstudyaimstodeterminewhetherthereisaninfluenceofConsumer Ethnocentrism,BoycottParticipation,andConsumerAimosityonPurchase UnwillingnessofAQUABrandBottledDrinkingWater.Inlinewiththeobjectives of thestudy,thisstudyusesaQuantitativeresearchmethod.Thepopulationin thisstudywereconsumerswhoconsumeAQUABrandBottledDrinkingWater wholiveintheMercuBuanaMeruyaCampusEnvironment,westJakarta.The sampleusedinthisstudywas125respondents.ThesamplingmethodusedNon ProbabilitySamplingwiththetechniqueusedwaspurposivesampling.Thedata analysisusedwasstatisticalanalysisintheformofSEM-PLS.Theresultsofthis studyindicatethattheConsumerEthnocentrismVariablehasapositiveand significanteffectonPurchaseUnwillingness.The BoycottParticipation Variable has apositiveandsignificanteffectonPurchaseUnwillingness.TheConsumer AnimosityVariablehasapositiveandsignificanteffectonPurchase Unwillingness.
