Abstract

Pada industri Minyak, Gas, dan Batubara, arus kas operasi sangat penting karena sektor ini memiliki biaya produksi yang besar, seperti biaya eksplorasi, penggalian, peralatan, tenaga kerja, serta kewajiban lingkungan yang harus dipenuhi. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah penurunan kinerja arus kas operasi pada perusahaan Minyak, Gas, dan Batubara yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2022 dibandingkan Tahun sebelumnya. Sehingga penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis likuiditas terhadap arus kas, serta untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan pada rasio Arus kas operasi, Pengeluaran Modal, dan Total Utang terhadap kas pada Perusahaan Minyak, Gas, dan Batubara yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2019 - 2022. Objek penelitian ini adalah menggunakan rasio arus kas dalam mengukur tingkat likuiditas perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat likuiditas Perusahaan Minyak, Gas, dan Batubara yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2019 - 2021 dengan menggunakan analisa laporan arus kas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap arus kas operasi, likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rasio pengeluaran modal serta likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rasio total Utang In the Oil, Gas, and Coal industry, operating cash flow is crucial because this sector incurs high production costs, such as exploration, drilling, equipment, labor, and environmental obligations that must be fulfilled. The phenomenon observed is a decline in operating cash flow performance in Oil, Gas, and Coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2022 compared to the previous year. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity on cash flow, as well as to examine the factors causing the decline in the operating cash flow ratio, capital expenditure, and total debt to cash ratio in Oil, Gas, and Coal companies listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2022. The research object uses cash flow ratios to measure the company's liquidity level. This study is a descriptive quantitative research, which aims to determine the liquidity level of Oil, Gas, and Coal companies listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2021 using cash flow statement analysis. The results show that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on operating cash flow, liquidity has a positive and significant effect on the capital expenditure ratio, and liquidity has a positive and significant effect on the total debt ratio.
