Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Komisaris Independen, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Komite Audit dan Struktur Aktiva terhadap Struktur Modal. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Komisaris Independen, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Komite Audit dan Struktur Aktiva. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Struktur Modal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan teknik analisis SPSS. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2023. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komisaris Independen, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Struktur Aktiva berpengaruh negative terhadap Struktur Modal, sedangkan Komite Audit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal. This study aims to analyze the effect of Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee, and Asset Structure on Capital Structure. The independent variables used are Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee, and Asset Structure. The dependent variable used is Capital Structure. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The data analysis technique employed is SPSS analysis. The population in this study consists of infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2023. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, and Asset Structure have a negative effect on Capital Structure, while the Audit Committee has a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure.
