Abstract
Perancangan Motion Graphic pada program Beras Stabilisasi Pasokan dan Harga Pangan (SPHP) Perum BULOG bertujuan meningkatkan citra korporat dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai peran strategis BULOG dalam menjaga stabilitas harga beras nasional. Program SPHP yang masih kurang dipahami dan sering mendapat stigma negatif dari masyarakat terutama kalangan pekerja dan wirausaha di DKI Jakarta, membutuhkan media edukasi yang efektif dan menarik. Motion Graphic sebagai media audiovisual dipilih dengan konsep flat design dan ilustrasi karakter yang komunikatif, disertai narasi persuasif, infografis dinamis, serta tone warna yang mendukung emosi cerita. Konten video ini dirancang berdurasi 1 menit 30 detik dan disebarkan melalui platform media sosial seperti Instagram dan YouTube untuk menjangkau target audiens yang sibuk dengan gaya hidup praktis. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan Motion Graphic mampu menyajikan informasi kompleks secara sederhana dan menarik, meningkatkan kesadaran, membangun kepercayaan, serta memperbaiki persepsi masyarakat terhadap program SPHP dan kualitas beras BULOG. Media ini tidak hanya sebagai alat edukasi, tetapi juga sebagai strategi komunikasi yang efektif dalam memperkuat corporate image Perum BULOG serta mendukung keberhasilan stabilisasi harga pangan nasional. This final project focuses on designing a Motion Graphic for the Rice Supply and Price Stabilization Program (SPHP) by Perum BULOG to enhance the company’s corporate image and public understanding of BULOG’s strategic role in stabilizing national rice prices. The SPHP program, often misunderstood and negatively perceived among urban workers and entrepreneurs, especially in Jakarta, necessitates an effective and engaging educational media. Motion Graphic, utilizing flat design concepts, expressive character illustrations, persuasive narration, dynamic infographics, and color tones supporting emotional storytelling, was selected. The video content, approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds long, is distributed via social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube to reach busy target audiences with practical lifestyles. The design outcome demonstrates that Motion Graphics can simplify complex information attractively, increase awareness, build trust, and improve public perception of the SPHP program and BULOG’s rice quality. This media serves not only as an educational tool but also as an effective communication strategy to strengthen Perum BULOG’s corporate image and support the success of national food price stabilization efforts.
