Abstract

Banjir masih menjadi masalah utama di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah perkotaan seperti Jakarta. Salah satu pendekatan yang telah dikembangkan sebelumnya adalah sistem deteksi banjir berbasis logika fuzzy, namun sistem tersebut masih terbatas pada satu titik pemantauan sehingga rentan terhadap ketidakakuratan data lokal. Untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang sistem peringatan dini banjir berbasis logika fuzzy yang terintegrasi dengan jaringan sensor nirkabel menggunakan topologi bintang. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan sistem untuk memantau dari banyak titik sekaligus dan memperluas jangkauan deteksi secara efisien. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa topologi bintang lebih andal dibanding peer-to-peer dalam mempertahankan availability input fuzzy saat terjadi error (89% vs 67%) dan lebih adaptif dalam memanfaatkan data dari node lain. Peer-to-peer unggul dalam delay rata-rata lebih rendah, sedangkan bintang lebih efektif dalam throughput untuk pengiriman data multi-node. Perbandingan sistem fuzzy dan non- fuzzy menunjukkan bahwa logika fuzzy memberikan evaluasi risiko yang lebih halus dan responsif terhadap variasi data sensor, sedangkan non-fuzzy kurang sensitif terhadap perubahan kecil pada kondisi lingkungan. Floods remain a major issue in Indonesia, particularly in urban areas such as Jakarta. Previous flood detection systems based on fuzzy logic have been developed, but they are often limited to a single monitoring point, making them vulnerable to local data inaccuracies. To address this limitation, this study designs a fuzzy logic-based early warning system integrated with a wireless sensor network using a star topology. This approach allows monitoring from multiple points simultaneously, expanding detection coverage efficiently and improving data reliability compared to single- node systems. Test results show that the star topology is more reliable than peer-to-peer in maintaining fuzzy input availability during errors (89% vs. 67%) and more adaptive in utilizing data from other nodes. Peer-to-peer achieves lower average delay, while the star topology provides higher throughput for real-time multi-node data transmission. Comparisons between fuzzy and non-fuzzy systems indicate that fuzzy logic produces smoother and more responsive risk evaluations, whereas non- fuzzy systems are less sensitive to small changes in environmental conditions.
