Abstract

The E-Sport industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, but has not been supported by adequate infrastructure, resulting in many competitions being held in public facilities such as malls or hotels that are not specifically designed for gaming activities. The main problem faced is the lack of integrated facilities that can accommodate the needs of competition, athlete training, as well as the development of creativity in the digital and gaming industry. The object of this design is an ESport Arena & Creative Hub integrated in one building, designed with a Sci-fi themed futuristic architectural approach to reflect the futuristic character and advanced technology. The solution offered is a multifunctional building with a large-capacity competition arena, training rooms, coworking spaces, as well as supporting facilities such as streaming studios and showrooms, which not only meet the needs of E-Sport athletes but also encourage collaboration between creative communities. The design adopts futuristic elements such as dynamic geometric shapes, reflective materials, and neon lighting to create an immersive experience, while asserting its identity as a digital innovation hub in the South Prince region. Industri E-Sport di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, namun belum didukung oleh infrastruktur yang memadai, mengakibatkan banyak kompetisi diselenggarakan di fasilitas umum seperti mall atau hotel yang tidak dirancang khusus untuk aktivitas gaming. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya fasilitas terpadu yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan kompetisi, pelatihan atlet, sekaligus pengembangan kreativitas dalam industri digital dan gaming. Objek rancangan ini adalah E-Sport Arena & Creative Hub yang terintegrasi dalam satu bangunan, dirancang dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Futuristik bertema Sci-fi untuk mencerminkan karakter futuristik dan teknologi canggih. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah sebuah bangunan multifungsi dengan arena kompetisi berkapasitas besar, ruang pelatihan, co-working space, serta fasilitas pendukung seperti studio streaming dan ruang pamer, yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan atlet E-Sport tetapi juga mendorong kolaborasi antar komunitas kreatif. Desain ini mengadopsi elemen futuristik seperti bentuk geometris dinamis, material reflektif, dan pencahayaan neon untuk menciptakan pengalaman imersif, sekaligus menegaskan identitasnya sebagai pusat inovasi digital di kawasan Tangeran Selatan.
