Abstract
Penglolaan aset tetap merupakan elemen penting dalam memastikan keberlangsungan operasional dan akuntabilitas organisasi. PT Wisma Nusantara International sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang properti, perhotelan, dan perkantoran telah memiliki standar barcode untuk aset tetap (CAPEX), namun belum menerapkan sistem pencatatan dan tata kelola yang terintegrasi. Kondisi ini menyebabkan pencatatan aset masih bersifat manual, tidak seragam dan berisiko tinggi terhadap kehilangan data serta lemahnya akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem manajemen aset tetap berbasis framework ITIL, khususnya pada modul Service Configuration Management (SCM), guna memperkuat tata kelola (governance) aset tetap di perusahaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancaradan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ITIL SCM dapat memberikan pendekatan sistematis dalam pengelolaan aset tetap, mulai dari identifikasi, pencatatan, pelabelan, hingga audit. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model sistem tata kelola aset tetap, SOP barcoding, struktur organisasi, serta tahapan implementasi bertahap yang realistis untuk diterapkan di PT WNI. Fixed asset management is a crucial component in ensuring operational continuity and organizational accountability. PT Wisma Nusantara International, a company engaged in the property, hospitality, and office management sectors, has implemented barcode standards for capital expenditure (CAPEX) assets. However, the company has yet to establish an integrated asset management and governance system. As a result, asset data recording remains manual, inconsistent, and prone to data loss and weak accountability. This study aims to design a fixed asset management system based on the ITIL framework, particularly the Service Configuration Management (SCM) module, to strengthen asset governance within the company. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation review. The findings show that ITIL SCM provides a systematic approach to asset identification, registration, labeling, and auditing. This study delivers a governance-based asset management model, barcoding SOP, organizational structure, and a realistic step-by-step implementation plan tailored for PT WNI.
