Abstract
Kue pernikahan (Wedding Cake) merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam pernikahan, tidak hanya sebagai bagian dari tradisi tetapi juga sebagai simbol perayaan atau estetika acara. Pelanggan tidak hanya mencari rasa yang enak, tetapi juga menginginkan desain kue yang indah, unik, dan sesuai dengan keinginan mereka, CV. Boga Kreasi Sentosa sebagai salah satu vendor dalam industri wedding cake, menghadapi tantangan untuk memenuhi harapan pelanggan dalam hal kualitas produk dan layanan. Kualitas produk tidak hanya mencakup rasa dan bahan yang digunakan, tetapi juga desain kue yang artistic dan kekuatan struktur kue tersebut. Pentingnya kualitas produk dan layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sangat relevan dalam mempertahankan bisnis ditengah persaingan bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini framework yang digunakan adalah framework COBIT 5 dengan domain yang digunakan adalah APO11. Permasalahan pada CV. Boga Kreasi Sentosa ini belum melakukan pengukuran sejauh mana investasi teknologi ini meningkatkan efesiensi dengan tujuan agar dapat mengetahui pemanfaatan sistem informasi dan ada pada level berapa tingkat kematangan sistem informasi yang sudah berjalan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam pemesanan wedding cake , dan tingkat capability level menggunakan framework COBIT 5 domain APO11. Wedding cake is one of the important elements in a wedding, not only as part of the tradition but also as a symbol of celebration or aesthetics of the event. Customers are not only looking for a good taste, but also want a beautiful, unique cake design, and according to their wishes, CV. Boga Kreasi Sentosa as one of the vendors in the wedding cake industry, faces the challenge of meeting customer expectations in terms of product and service quality. Product quality includes not only the taste and ingredients used, but also the artistic design of the cake and the strength of the cake structure. The importance of product and service quality to customer satisfaction is very relevant in maintaining a business amidst business competition. In this study, the framework used is the COBIT 5 framework with the domain used is APO11. The problem in this study is the development of a system with the aim of being able to determine the utilization of information systems and at what level the maturity of the information system is running. The results of this study can be used to determine the effect of product and service quality on customer satisfaction in ordering wedding cakes, and the capability level using the COBIT 5 framework domain APO11.
