Abstract

Lecturer Performance, is the most important aspect of a lecture of a University College and in a narrower scope can be associated with the Faculty of Science disciplines. A Faculty in Higher Education must have a dissertation / thesis journal publication that will increase the credibility of a college itself. So from this we highlight the opportunity for the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Mercu Buana (FASILKOM UMB) to be able to improve its accreditation and competence in the field of computer science through increasing the quantity and quality of scientific journal publications by UMB faculty members. However, this will certainly be a challenge for FASILKOM to monitor the progress of lecturers in publishing scientific journal publications. The main objective of this research is to help the Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Mercu Buana (FASILKOM UMB) to be able to increase the efficiency of quantity & quality in the publication of scientific journal works. Keywords: Performance, efficiency, quantity, quality . Kinerja Dosen , Merupakan aspek terpenting dari sebuah perkuliahan sebuah Perguruan Tinggi Universitas dan dalam lingkup yang lebih sempit dapat dikaitkan dengan Fakultas disiplin Ilmu Pengetahuan. Sebuah Fakultas dalam Perguruan Tinggi pasti memiliki publikasi jurnal disertasi / tesis yang akan meningkatkan kredibilitas sebuah perguruan tinggi itu sendiri. Maka dari hal ini penulis menyoroti adanya kesempatan bagi Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Mercu Buana ( FASILKOM UMB ) untuk dapat meningkatkan akreditasi dan kompetensi nya dalam bidang ilmu komputer melalui peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas Publikasi karya ilmiah jurnal oleh dosen fasilkom UMB. Namun , hal ini tentu nya akan menjadi tantangan bagi pihak fasilkom untuk memantau perkembangan para dosen dalam menerbitkan publikasi karya ilmiah jurnal. Dalam menghadapi tantangan yang ada saat ini , penulis mencoba untuk menggunakan metode simple additve weigthing yaitu penjumlahan terbobot yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah membantu Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Mercu Buana ( FASILKOM UMB ) untuk dapat melakukan peningkatan efisiensi kuantitas & kualitas dalam publikasi karya illmiah jurnal. Kata kunci : Kinerja , simple additve weigthing , efisiensi, kuantitas , kualitas .
