Abstract
Kara Brides adalah sebuah tempat yang bergerak di bidang usaha jasa wedding, namun sistem pemilihan karyawan terbaik belum terkomputerisasi dan melakukan pemilihan seacara manual, sehingga terdapat kesalahan dalam pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Untuk itu dengan adanya sistem informasi berbasis website pemilihan karyawan terbaik khususnya pada bagian fitter diharapkan dapat meningkatan mutu karyawan, serta memudahkan pemilihan karyawan terbaik di Kara Brides menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) MySQL sebagai database. Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk pemodelan sistem. Dengan demikian, proposal ini diharapkan menjadi landasan yang baik untuk pembuatan aplikasi selanjutnya di Kara Brides. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah aplikasi berbasis web untuk melakukan pendataan fitter yang berada di Kara Brides. Serta pengambilan keputusan pemilihan fitter terbaik. Kara Brides is a business engaged in wedding services, but the system for selecting the best employees is not yet computerized and is done manually, resulting in errors in the selection of the best employees. Therefore, with the existence of a web-based information system for selecting the best employees, especially for the fitter position, it is expected to improve the quality of employees and facilitate the selection of the best employees at Kara Brides using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with MySQL as the database and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system modeling. Thus, this proposal is expected to be a good foundation for the development of the next application at Kara Brides. The result of this research is a web-based application for data recording of fitters at Kara Brides and decision-making for selecting the best fitters.
