Abstract
Teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi di sektor pemerintahan, tetapi juga membawa tantangan keamanan informasi, khususnya ancaman cyber. Penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat kapabilitas keamanan tata kelola teknologi informasi di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Tangerang menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5, dengan fokus pada proses APO13 (Manage Security), dan DSS05(Manage Security Services).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola teknologi informasi diskominfo kab.tangerang di domain APO13 memiliki tingkat kapabilitas saat ini level 3 yang artinya sudah mencapai Defined Process dan To Be(harapan) level 4 , di domain DSS 5(Manage Security Services) memiliki tingkat kapabilitas saat ini di level 3 yang menunjukan sudah mencapai Defined Process dan To Be (harapan) level 4. Information technology has driven transformation in the government sector, but it also brings information security challenges, particularly cyber threats. This research analyzes the capability level of information technology governance security at the Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) of Tangerang Regency using the COBIT 5 framework, focusing on the APO13 (Manage Security) and DSS05 (Manage Security Services) processes. The research results show that the information technology governance of Diskominfo Tangerang Regency in the APO13 domain currently has a capability level of 3, which means it has reached the Defined Process, and the To Be (expected) level is 4. In the DSS05 (Manage Security Services) domain, it currently has a capability level of 3, indicating it has reached the Defined Process, and the To Be (expected) level is 4.
