Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Work-Life Balance and Psychological Well-Being on employee performance in the banking sector in Jakarta. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 231 bank employees as respondents. The analysis results show that Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.421. Psychological Well-Being also positively and significantly affects employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.501. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.603, meaning that 60.3% of employee performance is explained by Work-Life Balance and Psychological Well-Being, while the remaining 39.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords : Work-Life Balance, Psychological Well-Being, Employee Performance, Banking Sector, Jakarta Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Psychological Well-Being terhadap kinerja karyawan di sektor perbankan di Jakarta. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode survei terhadap 231 responden yang merupakan karyawan bank di Jakarta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,421. Psychological Well-Being juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,501. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,603, yang berarti 60,3% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh work-life balance dan Psychological Well-Being, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
