Abstract

Keamanan data dalam sistem informasi kesehatan menjadi krusial mengingat tingginya sensitivitas informasi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi algoritma HMAC-SHA256 dan metode API Bridging dalam pengamanan pertukaran data klaim pasien di Rumah Sakit Premier Bintaro. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dirancang agar mampu mengenkripsi data menggunakan AES-256, menghasilkan hash signature dengan HMAC-SHA256, dan mengirimkan data terenkripsi melalui API secara realtime. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menjaga integritas dan kerahasiaan data dengan validasi signature, timestamp, serta dekripsi dan dekompresi response menggunakan LZString. Berdasarkan pengujian black box, seluruh endpoint dapat diakses dengan validasi keamanan yang berjalan baik. Efektivitas sistem dalam mencegah akses tidak sah mencapai 100%, serta meningkatkan efisiensi waktu pemrosesan klaim hingga <3 detik per data. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi HMAC-SHA256 dan API Bridging secara bersamaan meningkatkan keamanan dan efisiensi pertukaran data pada sistem informasi kesehatan. Data security in health information systems is crucial due to the high sensitivity of patient information. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the HMAC-SHA256 algorithm and the API Bridging method in securing the exchange of patient claim data at Premier Bintaro Hospital. The analysis method used is the Waterfall model, which includes stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed to encrypt data using AES-256, generate hash signatures with HMAC-SHA256, and transmit encrypted data via API in real time. Test results show that the system is capable of maintaining data integrity and confidentiality through signature and timestamp validation, as well as decryption and decompression of responses using LZString. Based on black box testing, all endpoints are accessible with proper security validation. The system demonstrates 100% effectiveness in preventing unauthorized access and improves claim processing time efficiency to less than 3 seconds per data. This study proves that the combined implementation of HMAC-SHA256 and API Bridging enhances both security and efficiency in data exchange within health information systems.
