Abstract
In the digital era, universities face the challenge of providing efficient and responsive academic services. This research aims to integrate a Virtual assistant based on the Llama model to enhance the efficiency of web-based academic information systems. The development was carried out using React.js, Express.js, and Tailwind. The Virtual assistant is designed to support smart course registration (KRS) selection, answer student FAQs, and provide the latest information about campus activities. Testing covered aspects of functionality and user satisfaction. The results show that this integration improves the efficiency of academic services by delivering faster, more accurate, and more effective information to students. Kata kunci: Virtual Assistant, Llama, Sistem Informasi Akademik, Efisiensi, Next.JS, Tailwind, Prisma Di era digital, perguruan tinggi menghadapi tantangan menyediakan layanan akademik yang efisien dan responsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan Virtual assistant berbasis model Llama untuk meningkatkan efisiensi sistem informasi akademik berbasis web. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan React.js, Express.js, dan Tailwind. Virtual assistant dirancang untuk mendukung pemilihan KRS pintar, menjawab pertanyaan mahasiswa (FAQ), dan memberikan informasi terbaru mengenai kegiatan kampus. Pengujian mencakup aspek fungsionalitas dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi layanan akademik dengan menyediakan informasi yang lebih cepat, tepat, dan efektif bagi mahasiswa.
