Abstract

Global warming has caused significant economic impacts and increased global awareness of climate change due to greenhouse gas emissions. As one of the largest energy companies in Indonesia, Pertamina through its Fuel Terminal unit is committed to reducing emissions by implementing environmentally friendly technology, energy efficiency, and sustainable operational practices. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Green Intellectual Capital (GIC), which consists of Green Human Capital (GHC), Green Organizational Capital (GOC), and Green Relational Capital (GRC), as well as Green Innovation (GI) on Corporate Sustainability Performance (CSP) at Pertamina's Fuel Terminal, with Knowledge Management System (KMS) as a moderation variable. The population of this study is employees of Pertamina's Fuel Terminal, with a sample of 180 respondents. This research method is quantitative with a survey of employees at the Blue PROPER Terminal, using purposive sampling and data analysis with SEM - PLS. The results of this study prove that GHC, GOC, and GRC have a significant effect on CSP, both directly and through the role of GI mediation. In addition, GI also contributes directly to the increase in CSP. KMS does not moderate between GI and CSP and KMS also does not directly affect CSP. Novelty This study develops a holistic model that relates GHC, GOC, GRC, GI, and KMS to CSP. This model explores the simultaneous role of GIs as mediators and KMS as moderators. In addition, this study adapts models from overseas oil and gas sector research and the GENIUS Model integrates GI into organizational culture for long-term sustainability. Key Word : Green Human Capital, Green Organizational Capital, Green Relational Capital, Green Innovation, Corporate Sustainable Performance Pemanasan global telah menyebabkan dampak ekonomi yang signifikan dan meningkatkan kesadaran global akan perubahan iklim akibat emisi gas rumah kaca. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan energi terbesar di Indonesia, Pertamina melalui unit Fuel Terminal berkomitmen mengurangi emisi dengan menerapkan teknologi ramah lingkungan, efisiensi energi, dan praktik operasional berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Intellectual Capital (GIC), yang terdiri dari Green Human Capital (GHC), Green Organizational Capital (GOC), dan Green Relational Capital (GRC), serta Green Innovation (GI) terhadap Corporate Sustainability Performance (CSP) di Fuel Terminal Pertamina, dengan Knowledge Management System (KMS) sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Fuel Terminal BBM Pertamina, dengan jumlah sampel 180 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap karyawan di Terminal PROPER Biru, menggunakan purposive sampling dan analisis data dengan SEM - PLS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa GHC, GOC, dan GRC berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CSP, baik langsung maupun melalui peran mediasi GI. Selain itu GI juga berkontribusi langsung pada peningkatan CSP. KMS tidak memoderasi antara GI dan CSP dan KMS juga secara langsung tidak memberi pengaruh terhadap CSP. Kebaruan Penelitian ini mengembangkan model holistik yang mengaitkan pengaruh GHC,GOC,GRC, GI, dan KMS terhadap CSP. Riset ini juga mengeksplorasi peran simultan GI sebagai mediator dan KMS sebagai moderator. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengadaptasi model dari riset sektor migas luar negeri dan GENIUS Model mengintegrasikan GI ke dalam budaya organisasi untuk keberlanjutan jangka panjang.
