Abstract
Manufacturing Process Laboratory is one of the laboratories in the Industrial Engineering Study Program that supports teaching, research and community service. The formulation of the problem in preparing this Engineering Practice proposal is: how to analyze the Occupational Safety and Health System in the Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Process Laboratory, Mercu Buana University, Jakarta using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. The results are (1) there is still a mismatch between the implementation process of the practicum and the cutting process of the workpiece, the practicum participants do not use safety glasses and dust masks, (2) in the turning process of the workpiece, practicum participants are found not using protective glasses and dust masks, (3) in the drilling process, practicum participants are still found not using the PPE that they should, such as not using gloves, non-ergonomic positions with a squatting position, (4) in the filing process, practicum participants are still found not using PPE so that minor accidents occur such as being hit by workpiece fragments, (5) fatal risks are found in the turning process, namely melted coolant on the floor which can cause fatal accidents for practicum participants. Keywords: labolatory, manufacturing process, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), occupational health and safety Laboratorium Proses Manufaktur adalah salah satu laboratorium yang ada di Program Studi Teknik Industri yang mendukung pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Rumusan masalah dalam penyusunan proposal Praktik Keinsinyuran ini adalah : bagaimana menganalisis Sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di Labolatorium Proses Manufaktur Teknik Industri Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta dengan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA).Hasilnya adalah (1) masih ditemukan ketidak sesuaian proses pelaksanaan praktikum dengan pada proses pemotongan benda kerja, praktikan tidak menggunakan kacamata safety dan masker debu, (2) pada proses pembubutan benda kerja ditemukan praktikan yang tidak menggunakan kacamata pelindung dan masker debu, (3) pada proses bor masih ditemukan praktiksn yang tidak menggunakan APD yang seharusnya seperti tidak menggunakan sarung tangan, posisi yang tidak ergonomis dengan posisi jongkok, (4) pada proses kikir masih ditemukan praktikan yang tidak menggunakan APD sehingga terjadi kecelakaan kecil seperti terkena serpihan benda kerja,(5) resiko fatal ditemukan pada proses bubut yaitu Cairan pendingn berlelehan di lantai yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan fatal bagi praktikan.
