Abstract
E-learning adalah kegiatan pembelajaran atau pelatihan dengan menggunakan media elektronik yakni computer sebagai media perantara, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pemebelajaran. Penulis ingin membuat sistem berbasis web untuk proses belajar-mengajar. Sistem yang dimaksud meliputi proses belajarmengajar, forum, quisioner, dan video call. Sistem e-learning ini adalah sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran bukan untuk pengganti pembalajaran. Dengan sistem ini proses pembelajaran di sekolah bisa berkembang dan kualitas pendidikan akan lebih bermutu. Serta ilmu pengetahuan akan lebih mudah didapat oleh para siswa. Alat yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem ini yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi MOCKFLOW dalam membuat rancangan layar. Berdasarkan penjelasan diatas, maka penulis membuat karya ilmiah ini yang berjudul “Perancangan Sistem Informasi E-learning Video Call Pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMA N) 3 Kabupaten Tangerang”. Dengan dibuatnya website ini penulis berharap sistem yang dibuat dapat memudahkan dan melancarkan dalam proses pemdidikan disekolah. Kata Kunci : Perancangan E-learning, Sistem Informasi, Sekolah E-learning is learning or training activities with the use of electronic media, namely computer as its medium, as well as improve efficiency and effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of learning. The author wants to create a web-based system for teaching and learning process. The system may include teaching and learning process, forums, questionnaires, and video calls. E-learning system is as a learning tool is not to substitute for learning. With this system the learning process in schools can grow and the quality will be higher quality education. As well as the science will be more easily obtained by students. The tools used to design this system is by using the application MOCKFLOW to draft the screen. Based on the above explanation, the authors make a scientific paper entitled "Design of Information Systems E-Learning Video Call On State Senior High School (SMA N) 3 Tangerang District".
