Abstract
Flooding is unavoidable in North Jakarta, particularly in Koja Subdistrict. Several areas in Koja Subdistrict affected by flooding include Jalan Mangga and Jalan Mahoni. Floodwaters inundate roads, residential areas, shop-house zones, and markets. Three drainage channels in the affected areas were selected for investigation. Alternative solutions are needed to address the flooding problems in these study areas. Based on flood discharge calculations combined with wastewater discharge, the results show a discharge of 2.265 m³/s for Channel A, 1.269 m³/s for Channel B, and 2.200 m³/s for Channel C. The channel discharge capacity calculations indicate values of 1.697 m³/s for Channel A, 0.269 m³/s for Channel B, and 2.519 m³/s for Channel C. It can be concluded that Channels A and B do not meet the required capacity, while Channel C does.The researchers analyzed channel capacities using EPA SWMM 5.1 software to ensure accuracy. The design comprises 14 subcatchments, 17 junctions, 1 outfall, and 17 conduits. The analysis revealed that Channels A and B experience overflows, whereas Channel C does not. Both the flood discharge calculations and the EPA SWMM 5.1 analysis provided consistent and reliable results.The proposed alternative solution is the construction of infiltration wells along Channels A and B. A total of 20 infiltration well locations are planned. The calculation of these infiltration wells shows they can reduce rainwater runoff, which causes flooding, by 29.38% for a 2-year return period, 19.77% for a 5-year return period, 16.25% for a 10-year return period, and 7.30% for a 25-year return period. Keywords: Flood inundation, flood discharge, channel discharge, EPA SWMM 5.1, infiltration wells Banjir tidak dapat dihindari di Kota Jakarta Utara khususnya Kecamatan Koja. Beberapa titik di Kecamatan Koja yang terdampak banjir yaitu pada ruas Jalan Mangga dan Jalan Mahoni. Banjir menggenangi ruas jalan, area rumah warga, area ruko, dan pasar. Terdapat tiga saluran pada lokasi yang terdampak banjir yang akan diteliti. Perlu adanya alternatif solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan banjir pada lokasi penelitian tersebut. Dari perhitungan debit banjir ditambah dengan debit air kotor didapatkan hasil pada saluran A sebesar 2,265 m³/det, saluran B 1,269 m³/det, saluran C 2,200 m³/det. Untuk perhitungan debit saluran didapatkan hasil pada saluran A sebesar 1,697 m³/det, saluran B 0,269 m³/det, saluran C 2,519 m³/det. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa saluran A dan B tidak memenuhi dan saluran C memenuhi kapasitas. Peneliti menganalisis kapasitas saluran dengan software EPA SWMM 5. 1 supaya mendapat hasil yang akurat. Dengan desain 14 subcatchment, 17 junction, 1 outfall, dan 17 conduit. Dari analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa saluran A dan B mengalami luapan dan saluran C tidak ditemukan luapan yang terjadi. Sehingga analisis perhitungan debit banjir dan analisis melalui EPA SWMM 5. 1 mendapatkan hasil yang sama dan sesuai. Alternatif solusi yang diusulkan peneliti adalah perencanaan bangunan sumur resapan pada sisi saluran A dan B. Terdapat 20 titik sumur resapan yang direncanakan. Dari perhitungan sumur resapan ini dapat mereduksi limpasan air hujan yang menimbulkan genangan pada periode ulang 2 tahun sebesar 29,38%, periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 19,77%, periode ulang 10 tahun sebesar 16,25%, dan periode ulang 25 tahun sebesar 7,30%.
