Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Kebijakan Dividen, Profitabilitas, dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Sektor Perbankan di BEI 2013-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2021 yang dipublikasikan di www.idx.co.id. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 11 Perusahaan pada sektor perbankan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik kepustakaan dari sumber data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan, mencatat, dan mengolah data yang ada pada laporan keuangan yang di unduh melalui web Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai Perusahaan sedangkan kebijakan Dividen, profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai Perusahaan. This study aims to find out how the Effect of Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, Profitability, and Company Growth on Firm Value in Banking Sector Companies on the IDX 2013-2021. This study uses data from banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2021 period published on www.idx.co.id. The sample used is 11 companies in the banking sector. The data collection technique in this study is library technique from secondary data sources by collecting, recording, and processing data in financial reports that are downloaded through the Indonesia Stock Exchange web. The data analysis method used panel data regression. The results of data analysis in this study found that capital structure had a negative effect on firm value while Dividend policy, profitability and firm growth had no effect on firm value.
