Abstract

This research aims to develop a beauty clinic recommendation system using CART and Naïve Bayes algorithms based on web reviews. The system is designed to assist prospective clients in selecting beauty clinics in South Jakarta by leveraging review data retrieved through the Google Maps API. The development process involves data preprocessing, classification using Naïve Bayes to assess review categories, and decision tree creation using the CART algorithm to generate recommendations. The testing results indicate that the system can provide recommendations with high accuracy, both in manual calculations and testing using validation datasets. The system's strengths include its speed and accuracy in processing large-scale review data and its ability to automatically update with new reviews. This research is expected to provide an effective solution for prospective clients facing challenges in selecting beauty clinics that meet their needs. Keywords: Beauty Clinic, CART Algorithm, Naïve Bayes, Web Reviews, Data Classification Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi klinik kecantikan berbasis algoritma CART dan Naïve Bayes berdasarkan ulasan web. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu calon pelanggan memilih klinik kecantikan di Jakarta Selatan dengan memanfaatkan data ulasan yang diperoleh melalui Google Maps API. Proses pengembangan melibatkan tahapan preprocessing data, klasifikasi menggunakan Naïve Bayes untuk menilai kategori ulasan, serta pembuatan pohon keputusan menggunakan algoritma CART untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat memberikan rekomendasi dengan akurasi yang tinggi, baik pada perhitungan manual maupun pengujian menggunakan data uji. Keunggulan sistem ini meliputi kecepatan dan akurasi dalam memproses data ulasan yang besar serta kemampuannya untuk memperbarui data secara otomatis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif bagi calon pelanggan yang mengalami kesulitan memilih klinik kecantikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka.
