Abstract

The construction of multi-story buildings in Indonesia faces challenges in planning and structural analysis that are safe and efficient, requiring technology-based innovations to address these issues. Autodesk released the Robot Structural Analysis Professional (RSAP) software as a tool capable of designing, analyzing, and managing 2D and 3D models of complex buildings. This tool is very helpful for engineers and architects in analyzing various types of construction materials, such as reinforced concrete, steel, wood, and aluminum. This study aims to analyze the performance of the multi-story building structure using Robot Structural Analysis Professional (RSAP) software for the Data Center Building project in Cikarang. The methods used include 3D modeling, dead load analysis, live load analysis, and seismic load analysis in accordance with SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 2847:2019 standards. The analysis results show that the building structure meets strength and stability criteria, with floor displacements within permissible limits. Additionally, the P-Delta effect check, determined through the stability coefficient (θ) in the X and Y axis directions for each floor, shows that the stability coefficient values do not exceed the structural stability coefficient limit (θmax), allowing the P-Delta effect to be neglected. Key words : Autodesk, RSAP, BIM, Simpangan, P-Delta Pembangunan gedung bertingkat di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam perencanaan dan analisis struktur yang aman serta efisien, sehingga diperlukan inovasi berbasis teknologi yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Autodesk mengeluarkan Software Robot Structural Analysis Professional (RSAP), sebagai perangkat lunak dengan kemampuan mendesain dan menganalisis serta mengelola model 2D dan 3D dari bangunan yang rumit. Perangkat ini sangat membantu insinyur dan arsitek dalam menganalisis berbagai jenis material konstruksi, seperti beton bertulang, baja, kayu, dan aluminium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja struktur gedung bertingkat dengan menggunakan Software Robot Structural Analysis Professional (RSAP) pada proyek Gedung Data Center di Cikarang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemodelan 3D, analisis beban mati, beban hidup, dan beban gempa sesuai dengan standar SNI 1726:2019 dan SNI 2847:2019. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa struktur gedung memenuhi kriteria kekuatan dan stabilitas, dengan simpangan antar lantai yang berada dalam batas izin dan juga dalam pengecekan pengaruh P-Delta yang ditentukan melalui koefisien stabilitas (θ) pada arah sumbu X dan arah sumbu Y pada setiap lantai struktur tidak melebihi nilai batas koefisien stabilitas struktur (θmax), sehingga pengaruh P-Delta dapat diabaikan.
