Abstract
Proyek pengelolaan media sosial UMKM Masakan Nusantara Pakde Juri telah berhasil mengimplementasikan strategi digital yang komprehensif selama delapan bulan. Peran strategis dalam community engagement mencakup interaksi dengan mitra, pengelolaan keuangan, manajemen krisis, dan pengelolaan reputasi online. Hasil yang dicapai meliputi peningkatan keterlibatan audiens, strukturisasi dokumentasi finansial, serta ROI berkisar antara 45-52%, menunjukkan efektivitas strategi media sosial. Manajemen krisis dan reputasi dijalankan secara optimal melalui pemantauan real-time dan pengembangan konten positif. Pertemuan rutin serta laporan bulanan memastikan transparansi dan kesuksesan proyek. Secara keseluruhan, proyek ini berhasil mentransformasi pengelolaan media sosial menjadi lebih terstruktur, terukur, dan berorientasi pada pertumbuhan bisnis. The social media management project for UMKM Masakan Nusantara Pakde Juri has successfully implemented a comprehensive digital strategy over eight months. Strategic roles in community engagement included partner interaction, financial management, crisis management, and online reputation management. The achieved outcomes include increased audience engagement, structured financial documentation, and an ROI ranging from 45-52%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the social media strategy. Crisis and reputation management were optimally executed through real-time monitoring and proactive content development. Regular meetings and monthly reports ensured transparency and project success. Overall, this project has successfully transformed social media management into a more structured, measurable, and growth-oriented approach.
