Abstract
Human resources are a fundamental aspect of an organization. To support employees in enhancing their positive contributions to the organization, work engagement, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership are essential. Strong work engagement, high organizational commitment, and effective transformational leadership encourage employees to exhibit more proactive behaviors and engage in actions beyond their primary duties. Overall, high-quality human resources will enable PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia to achieve its strategic objectives through the enhancement of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to analyze the impact of work engagement (X1), organizational commitment (X2), and transformational leadership (X3) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Y) at PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia. The novelty of this research lies in its analysis of the interrelationship between these three factors within the manufacturing industry, particularly in the Human Resources & General Affairs (HRGA) department, which remains an underexplored area in OCB-related studies. Additionally, this study provides a new perspective on the role of work engagement in fostering OCB within a manufacturing work environment. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of 138 employees in the HRGA department. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey using a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The findings indicate that work engagement, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership have a positive and significant impact on OCB. Among these variables, work engagement exhibits the most dominant influence. These findings suggest that the higher the employees' work engagement, the greater their tendency to engage in voluntary behaviors beyond their primary responsibilities. Sumber daya manusia merupakan aspek fundamental dalam sebuah organisasi. Untuk mendukung karyawan dalam meningkatkan kontribusi positif terhadap organisasi, diperlukan keterikatan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Dengan adanya keterikatan kerja yang kuat, komitmen organisasi yang tinggi, serta kepemimpinan transformasional yang efektif, karyawan cenderung menunjukkan perilaku yang lebih proaktif dan bersedia melakukan tindakan di luar tugas utama mereka. Secara keseluruhan, sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas akan membantu PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia dalam mencapai tujuan strategisnya melalui peningkatan warga organisasi (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterikatan kerja (X1), komitmen organisasi (X2), dan kepemimpinan transformasional (X3) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Y) di PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis keterkaitan antara ketiga faktor tersebut dalam lingkungan industri manufaktur, khususnya di departemen Human Resources & General Affairs (HRGA), yang masih jarang menjadi objek penelitian terkait OCB. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan perspektif baru mengenai peran keterikatan kerja dalam meningkatkan OCB di lingkungan kerja manufaktur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 138 karyawan departemen HRGA. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 1–5. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, keterikatan kerja memiliki pengaruh paling dominan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi keterikatan kerja karyawan, semakin besar kecenderungan mereka untuk menunjukkan perilaku sukarela di luar tugas utama mereka.
