Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity and firm size on firm value. The population in this research are companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 - 2023. This type of research is causal research using secondary data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based on the specified criteria, a sample of 30 companies was obtained and the total research data was 149 data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The results of the research showed that leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity has a significant negative effect on firm value, and firm size has a significant positive effect on firm value. The research results simultaneously showed that leverage, liquidity, and firm size influence the firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019 – 2023. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kausal dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan dan jumlah data penelitian sebanyak 149 data. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Adapun hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukan bahwa leverage, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
