Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kompensasi, pelatihan, dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi. Ketiga faktor ini dianggap sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan serta kontribusinya terhadap keberhasilan organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 67 karyawan security di MRT Jakarta, PT. Trans Dana Profitri (TDP), dari total populasi 200. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang mencakup variabel kompensasi, pelatihan, disiplin, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik Partial Least Square(Structural Equation Modelling) untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh variabel independen (kompensasi, pelatihan, dan disiplin) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan). Selain itu, uji validitas dan reliabilitas juga dilakukan untuk memastikan kualitas instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di bagian security MRT Jakarta (PT. Trans Dana Profitri). Begitu pula, pelatihan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di bagian yang sama. Disiplin juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di bagian security MRT Jakarta (PT. Trans Dana Profitri). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan yang tepat dari kompensasi, pelatihan, dan disiplin dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara signifikan. This study aims to analyze the impact of compensation, training, and discipline on employee performance within an organization. These three factors are considered crucial for enhancing the quality of employee performance and their contribution to organizational success. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing surveys as the data collection method. The sample consists of 67 security employees from MRT Jakarta, PT. Trans Dana Profitri (TDP), out of a total population of 200. Data were collected through questionnaires covering the variables of compensation, training, discipline, and employee performance. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square(Structural Equation Modelling) techniques to evaluate the influence of independent variables (compensation, training, and discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance). Additionally, validity and reliability tests were performed to ensure the quality of the research instruments. The results indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the security department at MRT Jakarta (PT. Trans Dana Profitri). Similarly, training also shows a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the same department. Discipline further demonstrates a positive and significant influence on employee performance among security personnel at MRT Jakarta (PT. Trans Dana Profitri). These findings underscore that appropriate implementation of compensation, training, and discipline can significantly enhance employee performance.
