Abstract
This study aims to analyse the effect of compensation and work culture on Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and its impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at PT ARP. In organizations, fair compensation and a supportive work culture are important elements that can enhance employee perceptions of organizational support, which ultimately contribute to extra-role work behavior or OCB. The research method is quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SmartPLS software. Data were obtained through a questionnaire filled out by 92 respondents, who are employees of PT ARP. The variables tested in this study include compensation, work culture, POS, and OCB. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Organizational Support (POS). Furthermore, work culture has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Organizational Support (POS). Then compensation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Likewise with work culture which has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). In addition, from the results of data analysis conducted Overall, compensation and work culture contribute indirectly to increasing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Perceived Organizational Support (POS) as a mediating variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan budaya kerja terhadap Perceived Organizational Support (POS) serta dampaknya terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan di PT. ARP. Dalam organisasi, kompensasi yang adil dan budaya kerja yang mendukung merupakan elemen penting yang dapat meningkatkan persepsi karyawan terhadap dukungan organisasi, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada perilaku kerja ekstra-role atau OCB. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 92 responden, yang merupakan karyawan PT. ARP. Variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini meliputi kompensasi, budaya kerja, POS, dan OCB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perceived Organizational Support (POS). Selanjutnya budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perceived Organizational Support (POS). Kemudian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Begitu pula dengan budaya kerja yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Selain itu dari hasil analisis data yang dilakukan Secara keseluruhan, kompensasi dan budaya kerja berkontribusi secara tidak langsung terhadap peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) melalui Perceived Organizational Support (POS) sebagai variabel mediasi.
