Abstract
Sistem absensi yang akurat dan transparan merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi perusahaan , dan instansi. Seiring dengan kebijakan fleksibilitas kerja, baik Work From Office (WFO) maupun Work From Anywhere (WFA), diperlukan sistem absensi yang mampu memastikan kehadiran pegawai secara valid serta mencegah kecurangan, seperti titip absen atau manipulasi lokasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem absensi berbasis pengenalan wajah dan lokasi (GPS) guna meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan kehadiran pegawai. Sistem ini menggunakan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk memverifikasi identitas melalui pengenalan wajah serta Global Positioning System (GPS) untuk memastikan lokasi absensi sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan metode ini, sistem dapat mencegah kecurangan seperti penggunaan foto statis untuk absen palsu atau pemalsuan lokasi melalui manipulasi perangkat. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mendeteksi wajah pegawai secara akurat serta mengonfirmasi lokasi absensi secara real-time, sehingga meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas kehadiran pegawai. Dengan demikian, sistem ini menjadi solusi inovatif dalam menghindari kecurangan absensi serta mendukung kebijakan fleksibilitas kerja di lingkungan Perusahaan. An accurate and transparent attendance system is a crucial requirement for companies and institutions. With flexible work policies, including Work From Office (WFO) and Work From Anywhere (WFA), a reliable attendance system is needed to validate employee presence and prevent fraud, such as proxy attendance or location manipulation. This study develops and implements an attendance system based on facial recognition and location (GPS) to enhance the accuracy of employee attendance records. The system leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to verify identity through facial recognition and Global Positioning System (GPS) to ensure that attendance locations comply with predefined regulations. This approach can prevent fraud, such as using static photos to fake attendance or falsifying location data through device manipulation. The implementation results indicate that the system accurately detects employees' faces and confirms attendance locations in real-time, thereby improving transparency and accountability in employee attendance. Thus, this system serves as an innovative solution to prevent attendance fraud while supporting flexible work policies in corporate environments.
