Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of self-compassion and psychological flexibility on flourishing in health workers in Tangerang City health centers. The approach used was quantitative with a correlational approach. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling by obtaining 290 respondents of various types of health workers and health centers in the Tangerang City area. The measuring instrument used in this study to measure flourishing is flourishing scale (FS). to measure selfcompassion using Self-Compassion Scale Indonesian adaptation version and Psychological Flexibility Questionnaire (PFQ) to measure psychological flexibility. The results showed that self-compassion has a positive effect on flourishing. That is, if self-compassion increases, flourishing also increases. In addition, Psychological flexibility has a positive effect on flourishing. which means, if psychological flexibility increases, flourishing also increases. Then simultaneously self-compassion and psychological flexibility have a significant and positive effect on flourishing by 21.8% and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not studied. Keywords: Self-Compassion, Psychological Flexibility, Flourishing, Health Worker Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-compassion dan psychological flexibility terhadap flourishing pada tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas Kota Tangerang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan memperoleh 290 responden berbagai jenis tenaga kesehatan dan puskesmas di wilayah Kota Tangerang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah flourishing scale (FS), Self- Compassion Scale versi adaptasi Indonesia dan Psychological Flexibility Questionnaire (PFQ). Data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selfcompassion dan psychological flexibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap flourishing, baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Secara simultan selfcompassion dan psychological flexibility berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap flourishing sebesar 21.8% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
