Abstract
Company value is the company's performance as reflected by the stock price formed by the supply and demand in the capital market, which reflects the public's assessment of financial performance (Harmono, 2011: 233). An increase in company value is an achievement in accordance with the goals of a go-public company, because with the increase in company value, the owner's welfare will also increase (Mayogi and Fidiana, 2016: 3). This study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value with Profitability (ROE) as a Moderation variable in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is an empirical study where in data collection using the purposive sampling method, from 50 manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage Industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2019, 10 companies were selected according to the criteria. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The analysis technique of this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable intellectual capital had no positive and insignificant effect, independent commissioners had a positive and significant effect on firm value, the audit committee had no effect on firm value, the board of directors had a negative and significant effect on firm value. Profitability (ROE) can moderate the effect of intellectual capital and independent commissioners on firm value, while other variables such as audit committee and board of directors have no effect and cannot moderate. Keywords : Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, Board of Directors, Company Value, Profitability (ROE) Nilai Perusahaan adalah kinerja perusahaan yang dicerminkan oleh harga saham yang dibentuk oleh permintaan dan penawaran dipasar modal yang merefleksikan penilaian masyarakat terhadap kinerja keuangan (Harmono, 2011:233). Meningkatnya sebuah nilai perusahaan adalah prestasi yang sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan go-publik, karena dengan meningkatnya nilai perusahaan maka kesejahteraan pemilik juga akan meningkat (Mayogi dan Fidiana, 2016:3). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Profitabilitas (ROE) sebagai variabel Moderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman (Food and Beverage) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris dimana dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling, dari 50 perusahaan Manufaktur sektor Industri Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2019, terpilih 10 perusahaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable intellectual capital tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, komisaris independen berpengaruh positiv dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dewan direksi berpengaruh negativ dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas (ROE) dapat memoderasi pengaruh intellectual capital dan komisaris independen terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan variabel lainnya seperti komite audit dan dewan direksi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak dapat memoderasi.
