Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Self-regulation dengan Impulsive Buying pada Perempuan Generasi Z yang berbelanja Make Up secara online melalui platform TikTok Shop di Jabodetabek. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan Google Form dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 132 responden. Sampel diperoleh melalui teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi skala Impulse Buying Tendency Scale (IBTS) yang dikembangkan oleh Verplanken & Herabadi, (2001) berdasarkan dimensi impulsive buying serta Short Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SSRQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Pichardo et al., (2014) berdasarkan dimensi self-regulation. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Spearman untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan negatif antara self- regulation dengan impulsive buying pada perempuan generasi z yang berbelanja make up secara online melalui platform TikTok Shop di Jabodetabek. This study aims to determine the relationship between Self-regulation and Impulsive Buying in Generation Z Women who shop for Make Up online through the TikTok Shop platform in Jabodetabek. This research method uses a correlational quantitative method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed online using Google Form with a sample size of 132 respondents. The sample was obtained through non- probability sampling technique using accidental sampling method. The instruments used in this study include the Impulse Buying Tendency Scale (IBTS) developed by Verplanken & Herabadi, (2001) based on the dimensions of impulsive buying and the Short Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SSRQ) developed by Pichardo et al., (2014) based on the dimensions of self- regulation. Data analysis was carried out with the Spearman correlation test to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between self-regulation and impulsive buying in generation z women who shop for makeup online through the TikTok Shop platform in Jabodetabek.
