Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of return on assets, debt to equity ratio, interest rates, and systematic stock risk on stock returns of property and construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The population of this research is the property and construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2021, totaling 84 companies. The sample for this research was randomly selected as many as 36 companies for a period of 4 years so that the data obtained was 144 data. The technique used in sampling is random sampling. The data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study. The analytical method in this research is data regression analysis using the eviews version 12 program. The results of this research are that return on assets and debt to equity ratio have no effect on stock returns, interest rates have a positive effect on stock returns, systematic stock risk has a negative effect on stock returns. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh return on asset , debt to equity ratio, suku bunga, dan risiko sistematis saham terhadap return saham perusahaan sub sektor properti dan konstruksi yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor properti dan konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018- 2021 yang berjumlah 84 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini dipilih secara random sebanyak 36 perusahaan untuk periode 4 tahun sehingga data yang diperoleh sebanyak 144 data. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini analisis regresi data dengan program eviews versi 12. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah return on asset dan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, suku bunga berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham, risiko sistematis saham berpegaruh negatif terhadap return saham.
