Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Performance Expectancy, effort Expectancy, Price Value dan Trust terhadap Use Behavior pengguna e-wallet DANA dalam pembelian di Zalora. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna e-wallet DANA di daerah Bogor. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 120 responden, Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan jenis convenience sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Patrial Least Square (PLS). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Performance Expectancy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Use Behavior pengguna e-wallet DANA dalam pembelian di Zalora, Effort Expectancy berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Use Behavior pengguna e-wallet DANA dalam pembelian di Zalora. Price Value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Use Behavior pengguna e-wallet DANA dalam pembelian di Zalora, dan Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Use Behavior pengguna e-wallet DANA dalam pembelian di Zalora. This research aims to analyze the effect of Performance Expectancy, effort Expectancy, Price Value and Trust on the Use Behavior of DANA e-wallet users in purchasing at Zalora. The population in this study were DANA e-wallet users in the Bogor area. The sample taken was 120 respondents. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with the Convenience sampling type. The data analysis method used Patrial Least Square (PLS). This type of research is quantitative. This study proves that Performance Expectancy has a positive and significant effect on the Use Behavior of DANA e-wallet users in purchasing at Zalora, Effort Expectancy has a positive but not significant effect on the Use Behavior of DANA e-wallet users in purchasing at Zalora. Price Value has a positive and significant effect on the Use Behavior of DANA e-wallet users in purchasing at Zalora, and Trust has a positive and significant effect on the Use Behavior of DANA e-wallet users in purchasing at Zalora.
