Abstract

The increase in public electricity consumption will reach 1,408 kWh/capita in 2023. In 2023, the distribution of orders taken by the Company will reach 174 PT Companies. SI with the production of Sivacon S8 panels experienced delays in the completion deadline. Thus, incoming and outgoing orders were on time as much as 59%, while delays in the Sivacon S8 panel project reached almost half, namely 41%. This research aims to optimize the production scheduling of Sivacon S8 electrical panel products at PT. SI to minimize total production time (makespan). The methods used include Campbell Dudek Smith (CDS), Earliest Due Date (EDD), and Longest Processing Time (LPT). The data analyzed includes incoming orders, production process time, and project deadline in 2023. The research results show that the CDS method provides the most optimal makespan value compared to other methods, with an increase in production time efficiency of up to 30%. EDD and LPT methods also make a significant contribution in reducing project delays. The conclusion of this research recommends the application of the CDS method to increase production efficiency and minimize order delays on the Sivacon S8 panel project. Peningkatan konsumsi listrik masyarakat mencapai 1.408 kWh/kapita pada tahun 2023. Pada tahun 2023 pembagian pesanan yang diambil oleh Perusahaan mencapai 174 Perusahaan PT. SI dengan produksi panel Sivacon S8 tersebut mengalami keterlambatan pada batas waktu selesainya. Sehingga, pesanan masuk dan keluar yang tepat waktu sebanyak 59%, sedangkan keterlambatan proyek panel Sivacon S8 mencapai hampir setengahnya yakni sebesar 41%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penjadwalan produksi produk panel kelistrikan Sivacon S8 di PT. SI untuk meminimalkan total waktu produksi (makespan). Metode yang digunakan meliputi Campbell Dudek Smith (CDS), Earliest Due Date (EDD), dan Longest Processing Time (LPT). Data yang dianalisis meliputi pesanan masuk, waktu proses produksi, dan batas waktu proyek pada tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode CDS memberikan nilai makespan paling optimal dibandingkan metode lainnya, dengan peningkatan efisiensi waktu produksi hingga 30%. Metode EDD dan LPT juga memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mengurangi keterlambatan proyek. Kesimpulan penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan metode CDS untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan meminimalkan keterlambatan pesanan pada proyek panel Sivacon S8.
