Abstract

In the era of information technology development, companies increasingly prioritize technology to support business processes, stay competitive, and keep up with the times. Without the utilization of information technology, organizations struggle to remain wellorganized and lack innovation in achieving their vision, mission, and goals. PT. Mozaik Karya Nusantara is one of the companies that require information technology. Several business processes, such as sales management and inventory control, are still conducted manually using Word and Excel. This causes difficulties in monitoring inventory, frequent loss of client data reports, and monthly inventory data. To address these issues, PT. Mozaik Karya Nusantara needs an effective enterprise architecture design. Enterprise architecture can align information technology with organizational activities, enabling the company to become more modern and advanced. By leveraging the TOGAF ADM (The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method), which provides detailed phases covering all company needs, a blueprint design has been developed. This blueprint includes five proposed information system applications to support the company’s business activities: SIPEPRO (Product Sales Information System), StokPro (Warehouse Information System), SIAP (Company Administration Information System), SIK (Financial Information System), and SIMKAR (Employee Information System). These applications are designed to streamline and optimize business processes at PT. Mozaik Karya Nusantara. Kata Kunci : Enterprise Architecture, Information Technology, TOGAF ADM Di era perkembangan teknologi informasi, perusahaan semakin mengutamakan teknologi untuk mendukung aktivitas proses bisnis agar tetap kompetitif dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Tanpa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, organisasi sulit terorganisir dengan baik dan kurang inovatif dalam mencapai visi, misi, serta tujuannya. PT. Mozaik Karya Nusantara adalah salah satu perusahaan yang membutuhkan teknologi informasi. Beberapa proses bisnis, seperti pengelolaan penjualan dan stok barang, masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Word dan Excel. Hal ini menyebabkan kesulitan dalam memantau stok barang, sering hilangnya laporan data klien, dan data barang bulanan. Sehingga untuk mengatasi masalah ini PT. Mozaik Karya Nusantara memerlukan perancangan arsitektur enterprise yang efektif. Arsitektur enterprise dapat menyelaraskan teknologi informasi dengan aktivitas organisasi, sehingga perusahaan menjadi lebih modern dan berkembang. Dengan memanfaatkan Framework TOGAF ADM (The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method) yang memiliki rincian tahapan yang mencakup seluruh kebutuhan perusahaan. Sehingga menghasilkan rancangan blueprint yang mencakup lima usulan aplikasi sistem informasi untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis perusahaan, yaitu SIPEPRO (Sistem Informasi Penjualan Produk), StokPro (Sistem Informasi Gudang), SIAP (Sistem Informasi Administrasi Perusahaan), SIK (Sistem Informasi Keuangan), dan SIMKAR (Sistem Informasi Karyawan). Aplikasi-aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meringankan dan mengoptimalkan proses bisnis di PT Mozaik Karya Nusantara. Kata Kunci : Arsitektur Enterprise, Teknologi Informasi, TOGAF ADM
