Abstract

The development of online media is now entering various aspects, for example shopping now no longer have to go to the store or the outlet of the products we want. Enough of online media such as Ecommerce website we can shop easily by simply accessing the internet. In an Ecommerce system, there are applications - applications that are integrated with each other, we need a web service to the application - the application can be integrated. Web service development as supporting cross-application interaction is currently growing rapidly, but there are some advantages and disadvantages of each - each. One of the currently popular Web services are Windows Communication Foundation or WCF is often referred to, developed by Microsoft, this technology enables applications in a distributed environment communicate with each other. With the waterfall method is expected to analyze, model and WCF can implement this technology into the system. The results of applications - applications that are contained within the Ecommerce system can be integrated with each other. Keywords: Ecommerce, WCF, Waterfall, Mutual Integrated Systems Perkembangan media online kini tengah memasuki berbagai macam aspek, sebagai contoh kini berbelanja tidak lagi harus mendatangi toko atau outlet dari produk yang kita inginkan. Cukup dari media online seperti website Ecommerce kita dapat berbelanja dengan mudah hanya dengan mengakses internet. Dalam sebuah sistem e commerce, terdapat aplikasi – aplikasi yang saling terintegrasi, maka diperlukan sebuah web service agar aplikasi – aplikasi tersebut dapat terintegrasi. Perkembangan Web service sebagai pendukung interaksi lintas aplikasi saat ini semakin pesat, namun ada beberapa kelebihan dan kekurangan masing – masing. Salah satu Web service yang tengah populer adalah Windows Communication Foundation atau sering disebut WCF yang dikembangkan oleh microsoft, teknologi ini memungkinkan aplikasi dalam lingkungan terdistribusi berkomunikasi satu sama lain. Dengan metode waterfall diharapkan mampu menganalisis, memodelkan serta dapat mengimplementasikan teknologi WCF ini ke dalam sistem. Hasilnya aplikasi – aplikasi yang terdapat didalam sistem Ecommerce ini dapat saling terintegrasi. Kata Kunci: Ecommerce, WCF, Waterfall, Sistem Saling Terintegrasi
