Abstract

With the virtualization technology is currently a hot issue, applying IT with virtualization can save costs by identifying existing gaps. of virtualization technology to support ticket method was conducted by NDLC (Network with the background of the increasing number of facilities provided from the university so happens to be many complaints internet access, accessing SIA(System Information Academic) and University Website, to overcome all such complaints easily takes an application that is able to respond to and overcome these problems. Therefore, to cope with it all used osTicket application that serves as a support ticketing applications to overcome these problems, to Keyword : virtualization, osticket, NDLC
