Abstract
XL CEO Challenge are one program that owned by XL Axiata with targeting participant from youth around Indonesia. This program are further development from another program that firstly come, XL Future Leaders. With target participant so big, this program need media for information and selection that could cover this need. Media that could fulfill this need are web. With web, visitor could get overview information about the program, and could register themselves in program XL CEO Challenge. The main topic of this research is information system and selection XL CEO Challenge that consist of two part. Front-end part consist of homepage have information of program, mechanism to register, and also requirement to join this program. Back-end part are form register application that integrate with facebook and twitter. Web development using PHP, MySQL, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 that supported with Adobe, Photoshop and CSS. With this web expected to help XL Axiata spread the information about XL CEO Challenge and easier the registration process with online. This is really help youth around Indonesia if they know about this program and want to apply in XL CEO Challenge. Keyword: online registration, web, xl ceo challenge XL CEO Challenge merupakan salah satu program yang dimiliki oleh XL Axiata dengan target peserta anak muda seluruh Indonesia. Pengembangan dari program kepemudaan yang terlebih dahulu hadir, yakni XL Future Leaders. Dengan target peserta yang begitu luas, diperlukan media informasi & seleksi yang handal. Media yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan ini adalah media web. Melalui web, pengunjung dapat memperoleh gambaran informasi mengenai program, serta dapat langsung mendaftarkan diri pada program XL CEO Challenge. Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem informasi & seleksi XL CEO Challenge yang terdiri dari 2 bagian. Bagian front-page yang berupa homepage berisi informasi program, mekanisme pendaftaran serta syarat & ketentuan untuk mengikuti program. Bagian back-end yang berupa form aplikasi pendaftaran peserta yang diintegrasikan dengan facebook dan twitter. Pembuatan web ini menggunakan PHP, MySQL, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 yang juga didukung software lainnya : Adobe, Photoshop dan CSS. Dengan web ini diharapkan dapat membantu XL Axiata untuk menyebarkan informasi mengenai program XL CEO Challenge serta mempermudah mekanisme pendaftaran yang dibuat secara online. Hal ini sangat membantu pemuda di seluruh Indonesia bila mereka ingin tahu mengenai program ini dan ingin mendaftar menjadi salah satu peserta di program XL CEO Challenge.
