Abstract

The Data and Information Centre (PUSDATIN) of the National Food Agency is confronted with challenges, namely the necessity for effective information technology (IT) governance to facilitate the optimised utilisation of integrated IT applications and technologies.Moreover, the technology has not been utilised to its full potential, as evidenced by the data management and information provision processes, which are unable to accommodate real-time data conditions. In order to surmount these challenges, the TOGAF enterprise architecture framework was developed to design an enterprise architecture that can describe governance in an enterprise architecture framework for PUSDATIN of the National Food Agency.The stages used includePreliminary,Architecture Vision,Business Architecture,Information Systems Architecture, andOpportunities and Solutions Architecture.The results of this research are various artefacts in the proposed application architecture, data architecture, and technology architecture, which support IT governance at PUSDATIN National Food Agency. Pusat Data dan Informasi (PUSDATIN) Badan Pangan Nasional menghadapi tantangan berupa kebutuhan akan tata kelola teknologi informasi (TI) yang tepat untuk mendukung optimasi penggunaan aplikasi dan teknologi TI secara terintegrasi. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi yang belum optimal terlihat pada proses pengelolaan data dan pemberian informasi yang belum dapat mengakomodasi kondisi data secara real-time. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, dikembangkan kerangka kerja arsitektur enterprise TOGAF untuk merancang arsitektur enterprise yang dapat mendeskripsikan tata kelola dalam suatu framework enterprise arsitektur PUSDATIN Badan Pangan Nasional. Tahapan yang digunakan meliputi Preliminary, Visi Arsitektur, Arsitektur Bisnis, Arsitektur Sistem Informasi, dan Arsitektur Peluang dan Solusi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa berbagai artefak dalam usulan arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur data, dan arsitektur teknologi, yang mendukung tata kelola TI di PUSDATIN Badan Pangan Nasional. Kata Kunci: Enterprise Architecture, Framework, TOGAF, Badan Pangan Nasional, PUSDATIN, Satu Data Indonesia.
