Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a difference in the level of academic stress before and after using the Chatbot Artificial Intelligence (AI) Mental Health (Schoolmentalhealth.id) among students of SMAN X Jakarta. This research design uses a Quasi-Experimental design. The sample size in this study consists of 64 students, with 32 students in the control group and 32 students in the experimental group. Data collection in this study was conducted offline, and questionnaires were distributed in printed form. The measurement tool used in this study is the Perception of Academic Stress Scale (PASS) (Badewy & Gabriel, 2015), which has been adapted by the researcher. The results of the study show that academic stress levels significantly decreased after the intervention in the experimental group that received the specific intervention. These findings suggest that regular efforts to manage academic stress can benefit students' emotional well-being and academic performance. Keywords: Academic Stress, Student, Chatbot, Artificial Intelligence Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan tingkat academic stress sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Chatbot Artificial Intelligence (AI) Mental Health (Schoolmentalhealth.id) pada siswa SMAN X Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Kuasi Eksperimen. Jumlah sample pada penelitian ini ada 64 siswa yang terdiri dari 32 remaja kelompok control, dan 32 siswa kelompok eksperimen. Pada penelitian ini untuk pengambilan data dilakukan secara offline dan menyebarkan kuisioner dalam bentuk print-out. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan Perception of Academic Stress Scale (PASS) (Badewy & Gabriel, 2015) yang sudah diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres akademik menurun secara signifikan setelah intervensi, pada kelompok eksperimen yang menerima intervensi tertentu. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa melakukan upaya teratur untuk mengelola stres akademik dapat menguntungkan kesejahteraan emosional dan kinerja akademik siswa.
